We had some growing pains, tried out some new stuff, but you know the saying…

“Keeping Our Cool”

5 Week Series honoring the summer season, and learning how through our practice we can keep our cool, especially during the fiery times in our lives (and our Asana practices).

Classes will be held once again at 1100 Fillmore St at Capitol Heights Faith Community – 6:30pm

5 Week Series – $ 49
5 Class Drop in package – $65
Single Drop in Class – $15

Siddhi Yoga on Hiatus for a few weeks

I wanted to let all of you know who did not hear at our last class that I am taking a hiatus from teaching for at least a few weeks. I am pulling everything away to start fresh with teaching and staying at home with my son and taking care of our home more and to pursue theatre again. However, I know right now that I can not go very long – I miss you all so much already! So please hold a space for me and I will let you know ASAP what the deal is.
